ch44 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ch44", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ch44 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ch44.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ch44 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the ch44 website, mobile interface, and all associated pages, services, games, and features available at https://ch44.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the ch44 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a player's ch44 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or wagering credits awarded to a player's account by ch44 under any promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing the ch44 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ch44 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3.1 Age Requirement

The ch44 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or above. ch44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi or international authority.

Where ch44 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full, but no winnings or bonus funds will be paid out.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ch44 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ch44 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ch44 does not represent that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside those it serves. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a ch44 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, a valid name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Only one account is permitted per individual player, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Accounts created using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will be permanently closed without payment of any balance.
• ch44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

ch44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Account withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ch44 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ch44 staff will never ask you to disclose your password or OTP via any communication channel.

You must notify ch44 immediately at support@ch44.io if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. ch44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account prior to you notifying us of a security breach.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ch44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts once the 12-month threshold has been passed, provided that the account balance permits. Players will be notified in advance via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

5.1 Deposits

ch44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through participating Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200 via mobile wallet. ch44 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the originating account investigated for potential fraud.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ch44 within two to four hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification.
• ch44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳150,000 within a 30-day period.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not fulfilled the applicable wagering requirement cannot be included in a withdrawal request.
• ch44 does not impose withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ch44's control.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the ch44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ch44 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from a player's use of an internationally issued payment card are the player's sole responsibility.

ch44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where specified, completed KYC verification.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• ch44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by a player.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, using prohibited software to minimise wagering risk, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus conversion — constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the ch44 platform — including live casino table games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game or product, as published within the platform interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ch44 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. ch44 publishes sport-specific and market-specific rules within the betting interface. Key provisions applicable to all sports betting markets include:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are accepted at ch44's discretion. ch44 reserves the right to void any in-play bet that was accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds display.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules as published on the platform.

7.3 Casino & Slots

Casino games on the ch44 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. ch44 does not control game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as specified by the respective provider and are available on request or within each game's information panel.

7.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or incorrectly displayed odds or game outcome, ch44 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. ch44 will not honour winnings that result from a clear error in odds, game display, or system processing. Players who become aware of an error are required to notify ch44 support immediately and must not continue wagering in circumstances where the error is apparent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch44 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to ch44:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name, a third party's name, or using falsified identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about hole cards in poker, coordinating bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or any other form of cooperative play that undermines the integrity of games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are placed through ch44.
• Using the ch44 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made through your ch44 account with your payment provider.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology intended to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ch44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the ch44 platform — including but not limited to the ch44 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ch44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ch44 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ch44 content without express prior written consent from ch44.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers displayed on the ch44 platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by ch44 under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ch44 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, whether or not resulting from errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect information displayed.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not complied with your obligation to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from delays in processing withdrawals due to third-party payment processor delays beyond ch44's control.
• Any reliance placed on promotional or marketing material that contains typographical errors, where the correct terms are published on the platform.

Nothing in this section shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ch44's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by ch44

ch44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void any bets or game rounds associated with that account, at any time and without prior notice, where ch44 reasonably determines that:

• The player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in a Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate transaction.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose ch44 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ch44 account at any time by contacting support@ch44.io with a written request. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Accounts under investigation for suspected Prohibited Activity may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

ch44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ch44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, interpretation, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

ch44 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ch44 platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their location.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
